Whenever my anxiety gets so bad and I realise I’ve allowed myself to sit in a anxiety hole.. it this these times that I head outdoors, straight into the fresh air and get that much needed TLC from mother Earth herself.
I believe in greentime for mental health so much that I am now creating a green space in my home with indoor plants to help assist my family with mental health clarity.
In my home I have one anxietier (me) and two ADHD ers and one young man (9) who is hitting the bodily change stage which is giving him loads of fresh random aggression 😫 so having a green space indoors will help with purifying the air, calming the space which will perfect to meditate, read a book, listen to music or just to snuggle up amoungst the bright green shrubs and recharge those batteries.
This is still a work in progress so I would absolutely love to hear all of your tips and tricks on greentime in relation to mental health … I am not a green thumb so some tips and tricks on indoor plants would be friggn amazeballs 😍🤗
